Full-time and Part-time Customer Service Agents
£14,000 to £17,000 depending on experience (pro rata) + performance related bonus + benefits
Due to our continued business expansion, we are now recruiting exceptional Customer Service talent for our vibrant team at Newmarket.
These roles are entirely phone-based, so you will be a fluent communicator, have a confident and caring telephone manner and a positive and resilient nature when working under pressure. Quick to learn, customer-focused and IT literate, previous experience in financial services and/or call centres is an advantage.
Both full and part-time positions require evening and weekend working on a rotating shift pattern. In return, we offer a fun working environment, opportunities for career progression and the chance to study for NVQ and insurance-related qualifications.
