Barclays are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service and Sales Advisors (Telephony Personal and Business Bankers) for our lively call centre at Walsgrave Triangle Business Park in Coventry.  We’re offering an excellent salary of £15,045 - £15,200 plus unlimited earning potential plus excellent benefits.  This is an inbound sales through service role where you’ll be taking incoming calls from personal and business customers, building rapport, talking to them about their financial needs and identifying opportunities to promote attractive, great value products that our customers really want. 

As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor you’ll be a natural on the telephone, able to quickly build rapport and trust.  You’ll be self motivated and driven, enjoying working towards and achieving highly attainable targets by cross selling and making referrals to product specialists.  Ideally you’ll be able to demonstrate successful experience of working in a target driven customer-focussed environment.

Variable shifts available: 35 hours per week, Mon – Sun between 7am and 9pm.
