As part of our call centre support team, you’ll be handling inbound only Sales and Service calls. You will be servicing and selling their insurance policies as part of a motivated team. We pride ourselves on giving our customers excellent service and our Customer Service Representatives have an integral role in helping to find the right insurance products to meet our customer’s individual needs.
In this buzzing service environment, you will deliver superior customer service.
You will be given full product training to ensure you are not only a product expert, but have all the necessary skills to ensure you can exceed every customer’s expectations. You will be working as part of a team of Customer Service Representatives with a full support network to ensure you can really excel in your role.
