- Day to day responsibilities will include inbound and outbound calls to existing clients
- Identifying customer needs through appropriate questioning
- Encouraging customers to take up additional products within the business and providing information whilst complying with non-advice boundaries
To secure this position you will need experience in a Customer Service position within Financial Services. You will have had some sales experience in your career and be RG146 compliant across Superannuation, Investments and Life Insurance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.
