Customer Service and Sales Support Representative Job in Center Valley 18034, Pennsylvania US

Center Valley, PA- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all facets of Customer Service supporting Olympus Customers, Sales Representatives, Technical Assistance Center engineers (TAC), Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and other related departments. EOE M/F/D/V

* Place and track customer orders.

* Answer inbound customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls as necessary.

* Perform account maintenance such as change address, history, new accounts, etc.

* Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.

* Initiate claim actions for damaged, misdirected, or lost shipments.

* Process repair authorizations.

* Initiate Loaner requests and process Loaner agreements.

* Process Credit and Debit requests as needed.

* Support the Medical Systems Group's Up-selling initiatives.

* Support all Marketing promotional initiatives.

* Establish and Maintain Partnership with Assigned Sales Representatives and Management to support defined business requirements and drive customer satisfaction.

* Provide direct support to a minimum of 6 Sales Representatives and provide support for FSE's.

* Generate sales quotations and revisions.

* Produce Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).

* Process trade-in equipment.

* Place and track orders for Sales Representatives' sample inventory accounts.

* Act as a liaison on behalf of the Sales Representative with other internal departments.

* Act as a liaison between Customers, Sales Representatives, TAC, and FSEs.

* Work with Healthcare Services to ensure Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Independent Delivery Network (IDN) pricing integrity is maintained and adhered to.

* Work with Inventory Operations to support inquiries pertaining to loaner status, demonstration accounts, and demonstration sales transactions.

* Work with Financial Services to support financial programs.

* Work with external vendors to track orders and support customer satisfaction.

* Must ensure professional and timely communication with Customers and Sales Representatives in accordance with established Customer Service protocols.

* Support other related departments such as Sales, Marketing, etc., as required to drive customer satisfaction.

* Perform other related duties as assigned.

* A High School diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's Degree is desired.

* A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service call center experience is required.

* A working knowledge of software packages such as Microsoft Word is essential.

* Must possess basic computer and typing skills.

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are vital.

* Must have proficient customer service skills.

* Effective problem solving skills are necessary.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

* The ability to work flexible hours is necessary.

* Must cooperate and participate as an effective team member in creating a positive working environment.

* The ability to handle multiple tasks is vital.

* The ability to demonstrate positive Olympus corporate citizenship is vital.

* The following physical demand is required:
