Customer Service and Stock Control Manager Job in Rugby, Midlands UK
An excellent opportunity has arisen at Norbert Dentressangle Logistics UK for a Customer Service and Stock Control Manager to join the team in Rugby. The purpose of the role is to act as key liaison between the client and the business, communicate daily progress and assist in the resolution of operational issues
Main accountabilities to include but not be limited to:
Liaise with the client with regards to any outstanding operational issues from the previous day and with regards to any specific future requirements.
Liaise with internal management and operational administration team to understand and assist in the resolution of outstanding issues.
Providing accurate and effective management information specifically in regards to the DDR report
Stock control
Preparation of customer specific monthly KPI and data packs
Query Management
Measure and monitor the performance of the NDL Outbases
Manage all inbound bookings and resolve any issues relating to these
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience of establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with both internal and external customers at a supervisory level
Demonstrable experience within a customer service role
Exceptional IT skills, particularly utilisation of Microsoft Excel
Understanding of warehouse operations
Experience in problem-solving environment
An ability to work on their own initiative and within a team
A highly organised approach with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
An Ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
