My Client, a prestigious and large company are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service, Facilities and Receptionist Team Member to work out of their York city centre based Office.
As a key team member of this well respected organisation you will play a vital part in the smooth running of the business. Some of your duties will include:-
* Opening and locking the building and taking responsibility for keys.
* Front of house reception duties, including meet greet, directing visitors,
handling calls in a professional manner, booking in contractors, managing car park duties.
* Health and Safety responsibilities, including fire evacuations etc.
This is a busy and varied role and the ability to react to ever changing priorities is key.
