As a Customer Service Associate you’ll be responsible for delivering a world-class service to existing customers. Providing financial support and guidance on commercial accounts, you’ll manage inbound calls in a modern call centre environment. As a key member of the team, you’ll communicate with customers to resolve any queries whilst identifying their needs and highlighting an extensive range of products, services and solutions.
With previous experience in customer services, you’ll feel comfortable speaking to a diverse range of customers whilst working towards targets. What’s more, since you’ll be in the front-line when it comes to delivering an excellent customer experience, we’re looking for engaging and charismatic individuals who can provide confidence in our client’s products and services.
