A international fashion brand require a top Customer Sevice Associate to join their UK head office. It is a high end American brand and the Customer Service Associate will be repsobsible for providing the highest levels of service at all times!
Based in lovely London’s offices you will be part of a vibrant team. The office has a great culture and they want someone who is going to be lively and fun. At the same time it’s a hard working professional environment, but also very rewarding.
Some Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Managing the order book and usuring orders are shipped according to the customer’s specification
- Increasing customer engagement, you will be required to develop and grow existing relationships
- Liaising with the USA Distribution centre
- Account receivable
Skills/Experienced Required:
- 2 years experience in a back office customer service role
- Experience working in fashion, retail or apparel
- Confident outgoing personality, excellent spoken communication
- Target orientated
