If you have experience in Exceptional Customer Service we would like you on our TEAM!
Training will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM for 5 to 6 weeks. After training must be able to work any shift between 7:45am - 7:15pm Monday thru Friday. You will Interpret and Analyze consumers' written or verbal grievance or disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills; positive and cooperative tone with both customers and co-workers.
- Determines the different types of issues contained in dispute and forwards those requiring handling in different departments to appropriate personnel.
- Educates the consumer on dispute management and offer options for immediate resolution. Identifies and investigates dispute issues.
- Contacts original credit grantor to obtain appropriate dispute information.
- Exceptional ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into appropriate database system.
- Maintains the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Handles escalated consumer issues
