Customer Service Associate Job in Birmingham, Midlands UK

Allegis Group is a leading provider of recruiting and staffing services and is currently seeking a career oriented Customer Support Associate to be based in our Solihull offices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be process-driven and a confident communicator. You must be highly organised, solution orientated and capable of working competently in a fast paced, ever changing environment. The ability to work accurately with great attention to detail, with poise and decisiveness is essential.

If you are successful in your application you will need to be able to travel to our European Headquarters based in Bracknell for some training (2-3 weeks from starting the role) for which you will be fully compensated for.

No previous customer service experience is required however a degree is highly preferred. A driver's license is required for this position.
