CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE recruitment
Responsibilities
- responsible for prompt and effective call resolution to all questions and issues raised by customers
- responsible for customer escalations that can not be directly managed by the front-line team
- work closely with the Head of Customer Service to ensure service quality is upheld and constantly improved
- ensure customer engagements are in line with regulatory, compliance and operational policies
- drive innovative customer appreciation programs
- create an open flow of communication and aim to build a long term relationship between the team and customers
- oversee the implementation and management of call routing and reporting systems to guarantee the highest industry standards are adhered to
Requirements
- two to three years' of customer service experience (ideally from a Financial Services or Brokerage environment)
- fluency in both English and Cantonese
- excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
- HKSI/LE Papers 1,7 and 8 or equivalent
- independent, innovative and motivated
- ability to work closely with other internal stakeholders such as Sales, Operations, Finance and IT to drive change
