Customer Service
Part time 20-25 hrs a week
Hours of operation are 6am-10pm m-f
Customer Service Call Center in Menomonee Falls is looking to add a few people to their team. Must have excellent customer service skills and a great attendance record. You will be taking incoming calls from customers inquiring about their current mortgages or about applying for a new mortgage. You will work with customers on researching their file, gathering needed information, confirming details, following up with them and resolving any issues. You will also talk to them about other products and services. $13.50hr.
