Customer Service / Call Centre Operator

Our client based in Chelmsford require a temporary Customer Service / Call Centre representative to work Monday - Friday between 10.00am - 4.00pm. This is not a sales role.

This temporary job will involve taking telephone calls from members of the public, GP's and other NHS professionals to arrange free transport for patients. You will be working to a set criteria of qualifying questions to establish if they are entitled to free transport and then to arrange the correct vehicle for pick up. As this is 100% telephone based you must have a confident telephone manner, be polite and ask the questions in a clear manner to avoid any mis-understanding.

The hours are set between 10.00am - 4.00pm however at times you may be asked to work additional hours and also update their internal database.
