Customer Service Call Centre
My client has a couple of job vacancies for experienced, professional call centre agents, to start ASAP, based in Warwickshire.
This is an ongoing temporary position, until the end of the year - to be reviewed for continuation at the end of December.
The role includes:-
Answering the phone
Taking orders and entering them to Sage
Customer queries
Product enquires
CRM use
Helping with website queries
Working in a team of 12-15
The ideal candidates must live locally, be immediately available and have previous experience in a similar role.
Working hours are 07.30-16.30
