Job Description: Customer Service Center Manager
Function: Manages Customer Service to insure Customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines set forth in company policy. Interfaces with Service Techs to complete in home repairs. Oversees the customer service including parts, billing and reception.
Requirements: At least 2 years experience in the Customer Service Field with a favorable track record in retail furniture. Must have professional appearance, excellent interpersonal and verbal communications skills.
