Customer Service Center Rep I (Teller I) / Part-time (28755)
Nix Check Cashing Teller (Customer Service Center Representative I) position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by completing transactions accurately and providing information on all products and services to customers and members in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.
Required Skills:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Include but is not limited to:
- Processes customer and member transactions e.g. receiving and disbursing funds and processes MoneyGram money transfers transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Explains, promotes, or sells products or services such as MoneyGram money transfers, money orders, prepaid debit cards, cellular products.
- Balances cash drawer, negotiable instruments, and daily work at the end of each work shift.
- Provides customers and members with proper disclosures, e.g. product and service informational brochures.
- Advises customers and members on products and services that meet their specific needs.
- Performs enthusiastically all aspects of monthly promotions.
- Contributes to branch's achievement of customers service quality scores, branch production goals, and individual balancing standards.
Must be Bilingual Spanish

- Attendance/Punctuality - Is consistently at work and on time and when scheduled.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Six months experience in customer service and cash handling; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
- Financial Institution or retail background preferred.
- Must successfully complete New Teller Training.
- Must successfully complete New Customer Service Training within 30 days of hire. Experience as outlined may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
