My client is looking for a customer service centre agent to join their team in Romford RM3. The role is fast paced working with demanding clients so candidates applying should be resilient, enthusiastic, committed and a good team player. The candidate applying for this role must be inquisitive and be willing to take on additional duties within the business. Any Candidate applying for this role must have a high level of customer service and service centre Experience. Working hours for this role will be 7.00am-19.00pm based on a rota, holiday allowance 28 days plus bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

-Reporting directly to your department Team Leader.
-Running daily SLA reports.
-Liaising closely with engineers, subcontractors and Clients of all levels.
-Chasing job completions and keeping the in-house system updated.
-Answering a high volume of incoming calls and logging all job tasks on the in-house system
-Proficient in Microsoft programmes
-Keeping clients update to date on jobs status.
-Ensuring contractual KPIs and SLA are meet.

Key Skills required:

-Confident communicator.
-Good telephone manner.
-Candidates must be proficient on all MS office programmes.

Ideal candidate will be local and/or drive, local train station: Romford
