Customer Service Co-ordinator Job in Northampton, Midlands Uk
My client is looking for a Customer service co-ordinator to work in their Northampton head office. This is a temporary contract for a period of 6 months.
Reporting to the customer service manager, working in a team of 4, your duties will include:
- Processing orders onto their CRM system
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Ensuring products are delivered to customers on time
- Liaising with suppliers
To be successful in this role you must have previous customer service administration experience and be used to coordinating.
£8 per hour
37.5 hours per week
