Customer Service and Collection
National call center is seeking experienced Customer Service and Collection Agents, who have the experience and professional edge that sets you apart from others. Ideal candidates have a positive and focused attitude that comes through on the phone.
We are looking for 25-30 candidates to help jump start a new telecommunication project, must be available for full time assigned shifts ranging from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight. These positions will start out as temporary with consideration to move to permanent positions as the project dictates.
Job Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills (written oral)
· Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
· Highly organized and able to multi-task
· Proficient computer skills with minimum 30 wpm typing speed
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to change
· Strong attention to detail
· Team oriented
· Enthusiastic, positive, winning attitude
· Well-spoken
· Results-driven
