Customer Service Consultant
Company Background: We are a major exporter of quality agricultural equipment with eleven locations in Illinois and an export office in Doral, Florida. We have been a John Deere agricultural equipment dealer since 1932 and are well established in the export of used John Deere equipment and parts. Current business is strong in South America, Africa, Russia, and the former Russian republics.
Job Requirements:
1. Must be proficient in both English and Russian. Applicants must meet the English and Russian requirement. This includes the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Russian.
2. This is an entry-level position. College students who are in their senior year of business school will also be considered but a full time employee is preferred. College credit is available for this position.
4. Knowledge in the agricultural/heavy equipment field is not required, but can be considered a plus. Willingness and interest to learn about this industry is a must.
5. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commute to our Doral, Florida offices.
Job Description:
Communicate, via e-mail and phone, with customers worldwide, in both English and Russian.
Translating duties include helping create updates for our website in Russian.
Create invoices and other export documents.
Assist in logistics and shipping of heavy equipment and parts worldwide.
Assist in general clerical and administrative duties, such as answering phones and filing.
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week for full time employee or 20 to 25 hours a week for interns. Schedule and compensation will be discussed during the interview process. This is an immediate opening to start as soon as possible. The company offers full benefits for full time employees after 3 months’ probation.
