Customer Service Consultant – CBD Based recruitment

Due to the dynamic nature of the business and the team we have a number of roles available which will be to start in the New Year. You will be the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries for the users of Macquarie products. You will be speaking with a multitude of clients including Macquarie advisers, independent advisers and direct clients. It is a phone based role where your passion for delivering high level customer service and enthusiasm in learning about the products will enable you to deliver knowledgeable and clear information.

The Service and Operations division you would join is the backbone to the Macquarie retail operations. It will be a real opportunity for you to grow your knowledge of financial products while working in a fast paced, supportive team environment. Training and development is a high priority here at Macquarie and we provide the support for you to be a leading client services specialist.
