Would you like to refine your professional skills and grow substantially in a logistics position? Act as the link between customers, sales and our warehouses to continuously improve the set-up for our customers?

Join our Nordic Customer Service team and be part of a Scandinavian team of 8 people spread over the Nordic countries. Our focus is to optimise logistical supply chain flows to our customers in order to build customer satisfaction. Your base will be in Billund, Denmark, but you will be servicing customers all over the Nordic region.

Gain deep insight into LEGO Logistics, then build processes and relations with customers
You will work closely with the Customer Service Manager and the rest of the Customer Service team. Together, you optimise our customer relation processes as well as build a strong network of partners, suppliers and customers. In addition, you participate in and drive regular meetings with customers to further develop relationships and help optimise logistics. You will also be involved in a variety of internal projects with the aim of developing innovative logistical and customer service solutions.

After the initial training, you gradually move into an independent role where you build your network and stakeholder management skills to take on exciting challenges involving customers and logistic. You also use your network to engage in customer meetings, drive the meetings in cooperation with Customer Service and coordinate with key account managers on the logistics solutions we can offer and possibly improve. You will be cooperating closely with our customers to develop a mutual understanding of our and the customers’ logistical setup, making it more efficient and LEAN. At this point, you will be travelling 30-40 days a year.

Combining your knowledge of the logistics part of supply chain management with information from our database, customers and colleagues, you get the opportunity to continuously develop excellent logistical solutions that bring us closer to our customers. Ambitious and service minded people person with good intercultural skills
You probably have a BA or MSc within Logistics, SCM, Strategy, Organisation Leadership or similarly, and you may have graduated recently. Alternatively, you may be a freight forwarder or sales trainee with some years of experience preferably, from an international environment, where you have developed a good understanding of logistical setups and customer service. SAP knowledge is an advantage, skills in MS Office is required and fluent English a prerequisite.

Sitting in a position where improvement and development are first priorities, the ability to engage with your team, your colleagues and the customer’s needs is imperative as is being structured, patient and able to navigate socially in an international environment. You are ambitious and keen to show your great potential – you will quickly move into an independent position, where you get to show your skills as an innovative self-starter. Finally, you enjoy cooperating with people and help create value for them.
