The increasing workload has created a number of vacancies within their dedicated customer service division.
Within this sought after role you will be required to carry out a busy end to end customer service duties. You will handle ongoing multi channel customer communications with owners/dealers/dealer staff, capturing and recording issues related to the clients market, product and services.
Identifying customer issues and opportunities received within the customer care centre, helping to manage accurate and timely resolution to inquires, complaints and issues. You will posses excellent relationship management skills including teaming, negotiation and conflict resolution. This is a fast paced and rewarding role that will require you to think on your feet, problem solve, manage your own budgets, whilst resolving each case you take on.
You will be enthusiastic, have excellent communication skills, aswell as be comfortable with computer packages and typing. In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package.
