Responsibilities:
- Handle phone and written enquiries/complaints from customers and provide expert advice and resolution
- Provide policy servicing, alterations and fund administration on various investment products
- Deliver excellent customer service through all channels, including phone, email and letters
- Act as the primary contact point and provide administrative support to internal and external clients
- Actively participate in service improvement initiatives within the team; recommending changes to procedures/processes/systems
- Participate in team and company projects relating to customer service, processes, systems and products
- Develop a database management system for the area
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 2 - 3 years of client servicing customer service experience within the insurance industry
- Experience with policy servicing, alterations and fund administration; and sound knowledge of investment products highly preferred
- Strong client servicing skills on the phone and in person are essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English and Chinese, additional Mandarin language skills a bonus
- Strong data management, problem solving and time management skills
- Able to work on own initiative with minimal support from superiors
- Strong PC skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
