To be successful in this position you will need to be technically minded with exceptional customer service skills and excellent English communication skills. You will be required to demonstrate an ability to relate with customers over the phone and display an aptitude for solving technical queries.
Our Business Hours are between 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility will be required to work on rotating 7.25 hour shifts within these hours.
Your main responsibilities will be -
· Handling inbound customer enquiries regarding Travel Insurance i.e. policy coverage or cost
· Solving technical enquiries i.e. login issues or website navigation
· Resolve/escalate customer complaints
· Providing exceptional customer service
If you consider yourself to be a wizard at picking up computer skills, have a professional phone manner and problem solving experience then this is the role for you.
