As a Customer Service Coordinator - Repairs with the team in Hertfordshire, you will be responsible for the supporting the repair of aerospace components from initial customer contact through to dispatch and payment. This role involves direct customer interaction and ensuring effective administrative support is provided to all Repair Centre activities. It will also encompass manpower planning and the prioritisation of repair tasks to meet customer and operational requirements.

As a Customer Service Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Good level of computer literacy, in particular MS Office package: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Technical or business qualifications will be considered a distinct advantage
- Previous experience of working within the aerospace industry is not essential but will be considered a plus
As a Customer Service Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
- Progression of customer repair orders so that contractual terms and customer expectations are satisfied
- Maintenance of day-to-day customer relationships, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Repair Centre Manager with the prioritisation and scheduling of repair activities to deliver on time repairs
- Administration of repair documentation and configuration control of 3rd party and in-house repair data
