Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description:
Adecco is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for one of its clients. If you have basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge, and have experience in answering complex customer inquiries regarding manufacturing equipment, then this may be the perfect job for you.

The position entails answering client inquiries regarding the malfunction of the equipment, the ability to determine what the problem may be, dispatching the service technicians to address the issue, performing follow up call with the clients, and documenting and tracking trends in Excel.

NOT software or computer hardware technical support.

May be needed to travel 2-3 times a year.
