Hays are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service advisor for a company based in South West Leicestershire. You will providing a first class support and assistance including pricing support and fault finding.

The successful candidate needs to have the ability to respond to customer needs and to be innovative whilst operating to demanding deadlines.Customer Service Co-ordinators directly impact the image of the organisation  to its end customers and Distribution partners through the responsiveness, accuracy, reliability and quality of communications delivered to the Distribution network.

Customer Service Co-ordinators represent the ‘voice of the customer’ to the internal Customer Support organization and therefore need to build strong relationships with all functions and impact priorities across other functions to ensure customers are provided with a high quality and responsive service.

Customer Service Co-Ordinators needs to be able to work under pressurised environment if required. they also need to be able to resolve Dealer queries with the tools and procedures in place with confidence.

Customer Service Co-Ordinator requires being confident with answering telephone calls.

Applicants Should Be:

- A good team player, with well developed communication skills
- Customer focused with an affinity for "customer service" and have the confidence to
   operate within a fast response environment
- Able to work under pressure and manager changing priorities
- Prepared to work additional hours to support the demands of the role
