MISSION:

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for establishing a working relationship with our customers by communicating via email, telephone or personally with customer or company employee. The Customer Service Coordinator will investigate and solve customers’ problems and complaints and develop feedback or complaints procedures and keep records of all customer correspondence. This is a high profile position and requires great attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce and negotiate customer quotations and proposals

• Liaison between customers, field personnel and Company

• Inform customers of progress/anticipated dates of order completion and shipment

• Work with other departments and teams as needed to facilitate overall operational improvements

• Prompt and efficient processing of customer orders correspondence

• Update on a daily basis the customer service orders files

• Create and maintain customer service order forecasts

• Run order sets for production daily; inform scheduling of revisions on order sets

• Create/maintain spreadsheets for CS finished goods / assist in reducing finished goods

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s Degree (Accounting or Finance major)

• Three plus years of customer service experience preferably in a manufacturing environment

• Interpersonal skills

• High Integrity
