About our Client

Our client is a leading ASX listed organisation working across a number of resource sectors, from the mining markets through to the power generation sector. This company specialises in manufacturing a number of products with a particular focus on wear plate and block products. They are well known for their strong focus on customer service and client service levels.

Job Description

This is a varied and fast paced role. You will provide support to a busy sales manager and team, your Duties will include:

• Liaising with clients and customers; insuring high levels of customer service are maintained at all times
• Helping to increase business by exceeding set targets
• Organising sales quotations and insuring accuracy and follow up for these quotations
• Liaising with internal departments to insure customer service levels are maintained
• Management of stock levels
• Assisting in daily administration task to ensure smooth running of the sales team

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will have relevant industry experience ideally within engineering or manufacturing. The ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service and a professional telephone manner are essential.

The role will be target focused and will have a strong emphasis on polices and procedures. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will have strong Microsoft Office skills in particular Word and Excel. Previous experience in a sales coordinator role would be advantageous. Full Australian work rights are required to apply.
