Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and motivated customer service professional to join our fast paced team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Client Relationship Management, the key focus in this role is to provide exceptional service delivery to Western Union Business Solutions customers in relation to payments, processing, online and other customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- To resolve customer queries/issues/requests as required and be the first point of contact for the escalation process.
- Support WUBS customer payment queries/issues providing regular updates on outstanding matters.
- Identify areas for process, product and system improvements to increase efficiency and service to customers.
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience within a corporate environment with some exposure to internal payments processing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as is the ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
