Customer Service Executive [5-Day] recruitment
Job Responsibilities :
- Actively pursue opening of new accounts (from enquiries / applications received)
- Provide customer service to clients around the world thru email, phone or face-to-face
- Participate in regular web content update and maintenance
- Assist in system testing before launch (UAT)
- Take clients' order over the phone
- Provide other admin support to the team
Requirements :
- Degree in finance or business or related discipline.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Other language is a plus (esp. Japanese)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer services, preferably in financial services industry
- SFC Licensed person or qualified to register under SFC
- Self-initiated and high accuracy
- Customer oriented with strong communication skills
- Must be proficient in PC knowledge (including MS office and Internet)
