Customer Service Executive (Collections) Job in Cheadle, Stockport, North West UK
Key Objectives of Role
·Act as first point of contact for your own client base and continue to provide the highest level of customer service
·Ensure the client’s best interest are at the heart of our service
·Actively maintain your client base, ensuring quality standards for accuracy and timescales are met in all cases
·Deal with ongoing queries from clients and creditors throughout the full process
·The ability to work individually on your own initiative as well as part of a growing team, providing daily updates and reports to your team leader
·To undertake any other duties which fall within the scope of the role
Knowledge
- Proven track record in Debt management/Insolvency
- Previous industry experience is essential
