My client is a rapidly growing organisation based in Moulton Park, Northampton.
Due to this continued growth they are looking to recruit exceptional customer service executives to manage the customer base.

Working Monday to Friday the role will involve:

 

§         Handling calls from clients

§         Managing the call in a professional manner

§         Logging all details of the call onto the database

§         Ensuring that the client’s needs and expectations are met.

 

The right person will have:

§         Previous experience within a customer service role

§         A polite and professional telephone manner

§         Good PC skills (PC skills will be tested)

§         The ability to take ownership of the call

 

This is a fantastic opportunity where full and on-going training will be provided.

The working hours are 37.5 hours Monday to Friday rotating weekly from 8am to 4.30pm and 9.30am to 6pm.
