A growing and successful company is currently seeking a confident and experienced Customer Service Executive to work in their vibrant friendly offices in Salford Quays.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls and dealing with customer enquiries. In quieter periods you will make outbound calls to find out information and secure deals in response to customer queries.
The successful candidate will have experience within a customer service environment where you have dealt with complex enquiries. You will have great numeracy skills as you will be working with numbers in the role. You are the first point of contact for a number of clients so will be able to build relationships on the phone.
You will need to have a grade A or B in mathematics.
