Job Description

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for providing professional and valuable customer service to their key customers and responding to a diverse range of inbound enquiries. Working within this friendly but fast paced team you will assist with tracking customer orders, monitoring the movement of national freight as well as coordinating the successful delivery of goods under strict transit deadlines. Dealing with a large portfolio of clients whilst building and maintaining relationships, you will also respond to urgent issues and provide the relevant solutions on behalf on the business. Furthermore, you will assist internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all expectations are met for customers and administrative operations run smoothly on daily basis.

The Successful Applicant

To be successful with your application, our client is ideally seeking an experienced Customer Service Executive who has previously worked in a fast paced environment across the transport/freight or service based industries. Your excellent communication skills coupled with your professional phone manner will enable you to effectively delivery professional customer service to all stakeholders. Furthermore your positive attitude and strong organisational skills will allow you to successfully coordinate bookings, track freight and meet the required business deadlines. Proficiency in all MS Office Programs will also be a integral part of this role as well as your hard work ethic.
