£11.72 per hour
6 month contract

Rotational Shift – 35 Hours Per Week
Monday to Sunday
Shifts between 7am – 11pm

My client is a well established financial service organisation that is looking for a Senior Fraud Agent to join their busy contact centre in Northampton.

As a Senior Fraud Agent your role will include delivering effective, efficient complaint handling telephone-based customer service in order to maximise customer satisfaction. You will ensure that customers receive an exceptional service by addressing customer solutions and transactional processing requirements in accordance with set procedures.
That’s why we need someone with proven customer service and communication skills that will be able to commit to the shifts. You must also hold some form of complaint handling experience.
