Customer service handler

Loss recovery handler permanent position in Cheadle for insurance claims company.
Candidates will be working Monday to Friday from 9am till 5:30pm for £15000pa.

Working for a large motor claims company candidates will be required to proactively pursue early resolution of all claims, reducing claim life wherever possible and minimising clients claim spends.

Duties
Take calls to pursue recovery of losses on behalf of insurers or clients
Act as a point of contact for the client
Understand liability to proactively pursue recovery of appropriate losses on recovery files over 42 days old
Ensure incoming calls are answered and adhere to SLA on calls
Deliver excellent customer service continuously
Manage live client caseload of 600 incidents
Ensure to log accurately so clients have reliable data on cases
Ensure call back are dealt with
Ensure customer complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved in 5 days

Skills
1 years experience in claims handling call centre
Excellent customer service skills
Clear and confident phone manner
Understanding of loss recovery and insurance claims
Ability to meet targets and work to strict SLA’s
Accurate data entry skills
Past experience of liaising with customers and clients
Understanding of Proclaim and similar systems
