Customer Service Hepdesk

Our client, a start-up company dedicated to providing repair services to B2B and B2C customers, are looking for an experienced Helpdesk candidate to run their inbound customer service function.

Based in a fantastic Central London location, the Company are embarking on an exciting new venture and are looking for the right person to join them at the beginning. You will be responsible for handling 30+ inbound calls from customers, dealing with a range of queries including bookings, faults and complaints. In order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, you will also be responsible for scheduling engineers to relevant bookings.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have experience in working in a utilities Company  (plumbing, electrical, etc) and have handled inbound queries in a helpdesk environment.
