Customer Service Implementation Manager

GLOBAL OPERATIONS IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

A large Manufacturing company who are not only a market leader but have an excellent reputation all over the world. With dedicated customer service centres all over the world  we are looking for someone to deliver improvements in these centres and ensure all centres mirror each other and are at the same standard.

Duties include:
 - Assist on operational design of market IT requirements
 - Works with our support teams including Technology, Training, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Facilities, Operations, Legal, Client Services and Finance on project launches
 -  Working with the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Director to develop the Market Roadmap plans for individual projects
 - Manage project work 
 - Manage Global Customer Service Management expectations regarding project implementation schedule and quality of the implementation.
 - Develop process flow and methods and procedures when required.

We are looking for someone with experience of working within Operations, Project Management and Account Management. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate making successful business improvements. Experience of working internationally would be desirable.
