Customer Service

Call Assistant, under direct supervision, handles customer relations inquiries and problems via telephone. May respond to e-mail inquiries from internal and external customers. Customer relations are the primary function, but may include minimal selling or promotion of products or services. Calls are basic and routine. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Working hours: 8am - 8pm - One year customer service experience - Call center experience a plus - High School Diploma or GED - Excellent verbal and written communication - Intermediate computer skills and Windows experience - Keyboard proficiency (35wpm) - Strong problem solving ability This is a professional and energetic environment. The dress code is business casual. Qualified candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and background screening. Candidates must have the ability to sit for the entire duration of their shift while working on a computer.
