Better Rentals is a long established equipment hire companywith 4 locations in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.We currently have a position available in customer service atour Cranbourne branch.

This position is full time Monday-Friday, some Saturday shifts will be req’d. We are a " hands on " company and your duties will be many and varied to ensure we provide our customers with everything they require.

Day to day tasks range from telephone enquiries, to direct customer service computer work. Delivery of hire equipment (manual car licence essential) Forklift driving (licence preferred but not essential) cleaning and minor servicing of equipment.

Successful applicant will be eager to provide excellent customer solutions, be self motivated and willing to learn. Knowledge of machines is not important as we will provide extensive product training. We value great staff highly and salary is commensurate with experience.
