Be part of a vibrant, lively team within a leading travel organising. They are looking for a passionate customer service advisor to join the established and supportive team.
Commencing immediately you will be working in a thriving team environment where refined customer service skills are second to none. You will be the main point of contact for new and existing customers over the phone and via email. Your day will include dealing with customer enquiries in an efficient manner, and entering up to date information on the system.
The position will require you to work shifts between Monday – Friday, 8am-6pm for a 38 hour working week.
Successful applicants will ideally have experience within contact centres, superb listening skills, refined customer service skill and excellent communication are a must!
You will be working for a recognised company who’s reputation is second to none. The possibility to go perm may be available. Close to public transport.
