An excellent opportunity has become available to join a major distributor and retailer of electricity in New South Wales as a Customer Service Officer. They are determined to push the limits and deliver exceptional customer service and to exceed customer expectations with every call.

You will be responsible for:
•First point of contact to deliver outstanding customer service
•Receiving inbound calls
•Assisting customer enquiries regarding their bill balances or general enquiries
•Negotiating payment plans with customers
You will be required to:
•Work in a fast paced environment
•Work from Monday to Friday either morning shift or afternoon shift
•Answer and act upon high volume calls
To be successful for this position, you will:
•Have demonstrated dispute resolution skills
•Have a vibrant and bubbly personality
•Pride yourself on your customer service skills
•Sound interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to perform well under stress and meet deadlines
•Ability to make decisions
