CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD
HOPPE North America, Inc. an International Distribution Manufacturing Company is seeking a full-time Customer Service Lead. Responsibilities include servicing customer inquiries, data entry, expediting orders, coordinating shipment schedules, providing technical assistance to customers, quoting preparing product recommendations. This individual will interact with sales, production materials, as well as provide support leadership to other customer service representatives.
The qualified candidate should have at least two years of experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment in a leadership role. Excellent communications skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks, mathematical skills such as calculating discounts percentages as well as converting fractions to metric are necessary. Applicant should have experience in Microsoft Word Excel. Knowledge of door window hardware is a definite plus.
