Customer Service- Leicester
Are you a professional who can combine customer service experience, advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables, v-look ups, macros) and a proactive attitude? If your work history combines all 3 of these elements then this permanent job will make good use your abilities. The purpose of this job (which is based in north east Leicester) is to work as part of a team and provide customer service and administrative support to clients as well as provide vital communication between the company and the clients. This vacancy is offering £17k- £25k depending on experience, but advanced level Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups, macros) and the right attitude are paramount. Previous experience in logistics or supply chain related environments would be an advantage and the successful applicant must have a car. Start date of October 2014 and the hours are 9- 5.
Some of the duties include: working with designated clients on all customer service queries, providing customers with invoices, liaising with different departments to solve problems, project assistance and involvement with process improvement. High level Excel is needed to perform some of the duties and knowledge of logistics or supply chain will give you a greater understanding of the customers’ questions.
Core competencies needed for this role are customer focus, service orientated, team work, communication, pro-activity and a drive towards getting results. Salary on offer is between £17k and £25k (the range being quite large as it will take into consideration the attributes of each candidate) with the higher end offered to candidates who tick more of the boxes. Your own transport is required and training (which will not be based in Leicester) will be offered.
