This leading supplier of diesel and gas engines and systems is committed to providing the highest level of aftersales service to its customers, hence the creation of this attractive, responsible and challenging new position.
Your prime focus will be to increase the company’s already high customer service levels to best practice standards, then continue to seek out new ways to create incremental improvements. Key to your success in that aim, will be your ability to lead, inspire and develop your team of Aftersales Advisors and administrative staff, and so build a culture of excellence. You will also use your people skills and commercial acumen to form effective relationships with clients; be they loyal supporters deserving recognition or potentially valuable prospects seeking a better service solution. Important duties outside your ability to lead and influence include activity reporting and financial management, including direct input into budgeting for your department.
You are an experienced manager with an outgoing personality. Your passion for customer service, can-do attitude and ability to influence positive outcomes will have seen you successful in your previous roles. A service industry background is essential, and candidates with relevant formal qualifications will be highly regarded.
