Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be working with the Royal Household in their offices located in Buckingham Palace. The Royal Household are looking for a Customer Service Manager to manage the front of house operation of the ticket sales team.

The Royal Collection is one of the largest and most important art collections in the world. It comprises almost all aspects of the fine and decorative arts, and runs to more than a million objects spread among thirteen of the royal residences and former residences across the UK. The ticket sales and information office is responsible for the provision of an onsite, telephone and online booking service for all the sites selling approximately 2 million tickets per year to visitors.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the training and development of the ticket sales team both based in the contact centre and the front of house operation. You will train and develop the team to offer the best possible service to the public in line with the organisations visitor experience strategy and 3 year plan.

As the Customer Service Manager you will uphold the brands values of the Royal Collection Trust through high standards of written communication and front of house presentation. You will manage the day to day operation of the London ticket counter areas, ensuring there is a consistent approach to sales and financial procedures.

The suitable candidate for the Customer Service Manager position will have experience managing both a contact centre team and front of house operations. You will be customer service focused with the ability to achieve high standards through training and development. You will be able to lead by example and motivate a team on multi-skilled assistants.
