Customer Service Manager
£30000 to £35000 + Bonuses + Pension
Our client is a well established IT provider specialising in the distribution, implementation and support of business software and supply chain applications.
Due to expansion, they are looking to recruit a Customer Service Manager who will take responsibility for a small team on the support desk servicing around 70 customers, allocating support calls and handling customer communication and escalations. The successful candidate will be expected to put in place standard operating procedures for the customer support desk, therefore you will be extremely technical/IT literate, organised and disciplined with excellent communication and diplomacy skills.
There is lots of scope to make the position your own but you must be highly organised, confident and diplomatic with an excellent command of the English Language.
You will also have a proven track record in supervising or managing a customer support desk focused on business applications eg. ERP or CRM and have worked in either an IT Reseller or Consultancy where you have supported end users.
